Head on down to Waterfront park this Saturday to enjoy a ton of games, food and activities. Brought to you by the Rotary Club of Lions Gate, this Canada Day celebration is great for the whole family. With an entire days worth of actives, you won’t want to leave.
An event that cannot be missed. The annual Canada Day parade on the North Shore is going to be bigger than ever this year, so get there really early. The parade starts at 10am at 13th and The Boulevard, for a full map, please visit here.
Get up nice and early to catch this Pancake Breakfast. Starting at 7:30am at 13st East and Grand Boulevard you can get full on pancakes then watch as the parade starts at 10am.
Once you have had your fill of the parade, make sure to head down to the Lonsdale Quay for the Canada Day Market. Enjoy face painting, vendors and a beer garden brought to you by Green Leaf Brewing. At 4pm the Adam Woodall Band will be performing.
End the night with a free concert at Waterfront park. Starting from 6:30pm and going until 10:30pm. You will be hearing the sounds of The Powder Blues Band and the ABBA/Fleetwood Mac tribute band Dreams. Come early to reserve your spot!
